THE PROBLEM.
A PE-backed manufacturer had grown by acquisition across nine sites, and each site hired its own way. That meant nine variations of the same process, duplicated tooling, and no consistent reporting that investors or the leadership team could read across the portfolio. Good candidates were lost between sites, and the offer rate lagged well behind what the demand should have supported.
THE WORK.
The audit mapped all nine processes side by side and made the duplication impossible to ignore. We designed a single recruiting model that still respected the real differences between sites, consolidated the systems onto one configuration, cut the redundant workflows, and built reporting that rolled up across every location.
THE RESULT.
The offer rate roughly doubled as candidates stopped falling between site-level cracks, and eleven redundant workflows were eliminated. Leadership and the investors gained one consistent view of hiring across all nine sites, and the model was built to absorb the next acquisition without starting over.
